We don’t like / do like

We don’t like  (at this time) REITs. We are dropping our exposure to REITs. They have a greater tendency to experience cyclical highs and lows in returns. If you’ve held REITs for the past 7 years, you made a lot of money in 2000 through 2006, then lost money in 2007.
